Luxurious Contemporary Retreat

Beginning with site prep of a vacant lot, LRV Design recently completed this new build project with a main house, guest cabin, boathouse, double garage and landscaping. The extensive scope of this project included; the design and planning process with time and attention paid to revisions and detail along the way, all interior and exterior finishes such as lighting, kitchen, kitchenettes, bathrooms, doors / windows hardware, flooring/ ceilings/ wall treatments and added luxurious design features to create a modern, picturesque Muskoka retreat.

This project consisted of site preparation services, new build design, interior and exterior design consultation services where L.R.V. Design worked through all phases of service to create both a guest house, boathouse and cottage plans.

This new build project owner involved L.R.V. Design initially to mobilize a previously stalled project beginning with site prep services, review, revisions and consultation services for existing plans as well as a myriad of interior and exterior design consultation services.
L.R.V. Design has worked diligently with both new and existing industry professionals on this project to establish creative problem-solving solutions. L.R.V. was successful on multiple fronts helping the client meet budget requirements, timeline expectations and overall vision.

CUSTOM SHOWER ENCLOSURE

This project entailed creatively enclosing a corner shower with custom etched glass design. In keeping with European style, the shower walls also serve as unique feature walls for the adjacent hallway.

CUSTOM SHOWER ENCLOSURE

L.R.V. Design worked with clients to design and complete the unique and stunning shower enclosure that finished their bathroom project and provided dual function also creating featured corner walls.
