NEW PROJECT DESIGN CONSULTATION

Consultation and design services range from reviewing building footprints and placement requirements, choosing roofline options to best suit your vision and creating or reviewing floor plans including all spaces and room allocation considerations.

REVIEW, REVISE and CONSULT on EXISTING PROJECTS

Have a stalled project? Need a fresh set of experienced eyes? L.R.V. Design has the expertise to bring new life into your existing project by offering practical design solutions. We will work with your architect, drafts-person, contractors and trades to assist with a smooth building experience.

SITE PREPARATION

L.R.V. Design will Coordinate the demolition and clearing of your old site in Muskoka and consult to ensure building placement works with the natural contours of the land allowing for optimal views and flow around the property.

From siding to stone to wood flooring and wall finishes, we customize designs and colours to add warmth and beauty to both the interior and exterior of your home.

PROCESS

L.R.V. Design offers a three phase approach to provide you with an organized and customized outcome for every project.

PHASE 1:

 Up to a one hour free initial phone consultation to fully understand your design needs and scope of the project.  Following our agreement, we will meet with you personally, and provide a more detailed on-site consultation.

PHASE 2:

L.R.V. Design will get to work- researching, sourcing and collaborating with trusted industry affiliates to create new customized designs or revise and edit existing plans and / or spaces. Communication will be key in this phase to ensure your style, timelines and budget are priorities. We will coordinate all details and present you with design concepts in keeping with your phase one needs.

PHASE 3:

This is the implementation phase where we will stay with you throughout all steps leading to installation day. L.R.V. will liaise with all recommended industry and trade partners to confidently provide a team approach, great quality products and beautiful design.

Recently we hired L.R.V. Design to help us create a floor to ceiling patterned -etched glass shower enclosure which also has the unique feature of serving as corner-hallway walls.
